Ilknur graduated from Middle East Technical University as Civil Engineer and consequently received her Master of Science Degree from Hydraulics Laboratory as Coastal & Harbour Engineer. She also has Bachelor Degree in Economics. She has worked in very reputable corporate companies in mega projects in management positions, also in Joint Ventures and Consortiums with well known international companies. 

Besides her professional life, she decided the follow her passions and received Associate Degrees in Agriculture and Culinary Arts. She is Certified Olive Oil Sommelier and Technical Taster and has many Certifications on Olive Oil, Nutrition, Healthy Living and Food.
