Our Experience
Our founder Ilknur Turkeli Civelek has worked many years since 1990 in Civil Engineering Field after receiving her Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering in various management positions in international companies. As a result of her vast experience, she founded Genus Business & Management Consultancy first in Turkey and then in UK to share her knowledge with the Clients. She also has studied Agriculture and Culinary Arts in addition to her professional carrier and became Certified Olive Oil Sommelier and Professional Taster (listed in International Register) by studying in most internationally reliable Olive Oil Schools mainly in ONAOO and ESAO. She is educated in Le Cordon Blue to become a chef, advocate of Mediterranean Living and promotes it by conducting master classes, educations/ seminars in Olive Oil Tastings and Culinary Uses of Olive Oil as part of Olive Oil & Culinary Consultancy.
